In February, 2013 the Azerbaijani post, traditionally the
first of of the former USSR post administrations, presented an issue according
to EUROPA program. The postage issue is introduced into circulation by 2 values
and Block "Means of the mail transport" - horse-drawn carriage, freight and
passenger cars, railway mail van, sea and air transport.
A series is published in mini sheets of 10 values with
decorating margins. The part of stamps edition is printed in type of
tete-beches pairs with a three sides perforation in a special mini sheet
intended for booklet. Artist: Khassay Mirzoev Paper:
