dated for the 100 birth anniversary of the Azerbaijani poetess Nigyar Rafibeyli
- the Azerbaijani poetess, spouse of poet Rasoul Rza and mother of writer Anar.

Nigyar Hudadat kyzy Rafibeyli (1913-1981) is writer-woman, author
of lyrics in the Azerbaijani language and also the translations of works of
poets and pisetel of the USSR people into the Azerbaijani language. For the creative
merits she was awarded by "Glory" award.
