On June 11, 2013 in co-production between Belarus and Azerbaijan the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus will issue a postage block “20th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Designers: Yauheniya Biadonik and Khasay Mirzoyev. Printing: offset. Colour: multicoloured. Paper: chalk-surfaced, gummed. Perforation: frame 141/4: 14. Size of stamp: 28 x 40 mm. Size of block: 100 x 55 mm. Edition: 15.000 copies.
The block is printed at the Republican Unitary Enterprise “Bobruisk Integrated Printing House A. T.  Nepogodin”. While printing the souvenir sheet they used the technology of thermal stamping by metalized foil of golden colour.

The Protocol of establishing diplomatic relations between the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Azerbaijan was signed on June 11, 1993. During the 20 years of partnership our countries established the long-term contacts between their scientific institutions. The cooperation in the fields of medicine, education and culture has expanded. Economic and trade ties are being actively developed.
