Kossovsky palace, Red church in Minsk.
By the established tradition the enterprise “Belpochta” doesn't
notify again collectors on a reprint of definitive stamps and doesn't publish
any information on issue neither on an official site, nor in the catalogue. It possibly
believes that new circulation is not new issue, and the unsuccessful copy of
old one. Generally, what you don't know won't hurt you!
