The issue is printed at the Republican Unitary Enterprise
“Belarusian Printing House Publishing” in mini sheet of 9 values with decorating margins. Size of sheet:
123x130 mm.
The municipal coat of arms of Bykhov town of the Mogilyov region
represents the image of two crossed guns in a red field of the French board.
