On February 12, 2013 the Ministry of Communications and Informatization
of the Republic of Belarus will issue a set of 3 values “Decorative applied art.
Embroidery”. On stamps are presented the following types of an embroidery:
"Free smooth surface", "Embroidery cross" and
"Embroidery set".
The stamps were prepared in collaboration with the State
Scientific Institution “The Centre for Belarusian culture, language and
literature research of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus”. Artist:
Tamara Stasevich. Designer: Yauheniya Biadonik. Printing: offset. Colour:
multicoloured. Paper: chalk-surfaced, gummed. Perforation: comb 141/4: 14. Size
of stamps: 28x30 mm. Edition: 48.000 copies.
The stamps are printed at the
Republican Unitary Enterprise “Bobruisk Integrated Printing House A. Nepogodin”
in 3 mini sheets of 8 values & label. Size of sheetlet: 120 x 126 mm.
