On April 3, 2013 the Latvian post introduces into
circulation an extraordinary definitive postage issue of 4 values which repeats
again the plots of postage editions 2006, 2011 and 2012. The issue presents the
historical coats of arms of the Latvian lands Auce, Zemgale, Smiltene, Dobele.
On stamps is specified the edition year 2013, face values are specified only in
the Latvian centimes. It seems that after economic shocks in Cyprus, the
European currency in Latvia are any more in honor. The UkraFil website reported about the previous definitive
