The first National Olympic Games of Lithuania took place in 1938 in Kaunas. The purpose
of the Lithuanian Olympic Games is association on sports grounds of Lithuanians
from all over the world. Idea of the sports meets is to promote a national
consent, preservation of understanding of belonging to the Lithuanian nation at
young generation.
On July 13, 2013 the Republic of Lithuania post introduced into
circulation a postage stamp devoted to the 75 anniversary of the first Olympic
Games of the Lithuanians.
The issue is printed in mini sheet of 8 values and label with decorating
