On June 26, 2012 the Russian Federation post introduces into circulation a stamp devoted to the 75 anniversary of the stout gentleman of Award «For merits before the Fatherland» Oleg Kutafin (1937-2008). The issue is printed in mini sheet of 14 values and label with decorating margins.

O. Kutafin is the outstanding lawyer, expert in the field of a constitutional law, president of the Moscow state legal academy, author of monographs and textbooks by the constitutional and municipal law. In 1993 participated in development of the draft of the Constitution of the Russian Federation. For an outstanding contribution to development of a domestic science, preparation of the qualified legal shots both O.E. Kutafin's long-term scientific and public work it was awarded the order "For merits before the Fatherland" all four degrees. Award motto is "Advantage, Honour and Glory".
