a postage stamp dated for the 75 anniversary of the full gentleman of the Award
"For Merits before the Fatherland", state, party and public figure, founder
and the first director of Gazprom concern, Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Russia
in Ukraine, author of the unforgettable aphorisms Victor Stepanovich Chernomyrdin
(1938-2010).
The issue is printed in mini sheet of 14 values and label. Design: R. Komsa. Size of stamp: 42х30 mm. Size of sheetlet: 146х170 mm. Edition: 392 000 copies of stamps (28 000 sheetlets).
