On August 21, 2013 the Russian Federation post by the joint
project with other republics of the former USSR - members of the Regional commonwealth
of communication presents a postage stamp on subject "National Means of
Communication". On postage miniature is represented the communication
satellite series “Express AM” against a Russia map and a logo of organization.
The issue is printed in mini sheet of 15 values. Design: S
Kapranov. Size of stamps: 42 x 30 mm. Edition: 435 000 copies (29 000
sheetlets).
The RCC is an interstate coordinating body in field of an
electric and mail service. Its main objectives: development of networks and
means of communication, coordination of questions in the sphere of scientific
and technical policy, management of a radio spectrum, tariff policy on communication
services, interaction with the international organizations in the field of communication
and informatization, exchange of information.
