On August 24, 2012 in the historical and cultural reserve Sofia Kiev were declared the results of a national competition "7 miracles of Ukraine: buildings, fortresses, palaces".  The organizing committee chose seven most significant historical objects, located in the territory of modern Ukraine:  Hotin fortress in Chernovtsy area, Ackerman fortress in the city of Belgorod-Dniester of Odessa region, the Metropolitan palace in Chernovtsy, Alupka Palace of Vorontsov in the Crimea, the Lutsk Top palace in the Volyn area, Kamenets-Podolsky fortress in Hmelnitsky area and the palace in Kachanovka village of the Chernigov area.

Tomorrow, on November 29, 2012, at the Kiev main post office will take place the presentation of the second issue of cycle "Seven Miracles of Ukraine" - a postage block of 7 values with image of the competition winners - objects of a historical and cultural heritage.
About the first postage issue and results of the last year's competition "7 miracles of Ukraine" the website Ukrafil reported in news of December 15, 2011.
By the way, besides winners special awards of jury of competition noted some more objects: Chigirinsky fortress, Palace of Cyril Razumovsky in Baturin, the Olesky palace in Lviv and the Bakhchsarai palace in the Crimea. Probably, in the near future they also will be presented on signs of payment of the Ukrainian post.

On November 20, 2012 the Kazakhstan post issued a postage stamp by cycle "Anniversaries and Holidays" devoted to the 20 anniversary of acceptance of the State symbols of the Republic: Flag, Coat of arms and Anthem.

The issue is printed in mini sheet of 9 values and label with decorating margins.

On June 4, 1992 were approved the new state symbols of independent Kazakhstan: Flag, Coat of arms and Anthem. Flag is a panel of blue color with the golden sun and a soaring silhouette of an eagle and the national coat of arms. The main element of the Coat of arms is shanyrak - a symbol of family wellbeing, the world and tranquillity. The anthem of Kazakhstan is a composition "My Kazakhstan" (Менің Қазақстаным) - popular song.

On November 24, 2012 the operator of post service of "Kyrgyzpochtasy" in interaction with the state enterprise "Kyrgyzmarkasy" issued a set of 2 values devoted to the memorable anniversaries of outstanding historic figures of Kyrgyzstan: to the 220 anniversary of the statesman and commander Ormon-han and the 110 anniversary of the first Kyrgyz general Ysakbek Monuyev.
The postage issue is printed in perforated and imperforated versions in 2 mini sheets of 6 values with artly decorating margins. Edition of perforated set - 6000 copies (1000 sheetlets), edition of imperforated set  - 1500 copies (250 sheetlets).

Ormon Niyazbek uulu (Ormon-han, 1791-1854) was the talented commander, the strategist, the statesman.  One of the first made an attempt to create the uniform, centralized Kyrgyz state.  To the middle of the XIX century of Ormon-han he could convince leaders of a number of tribes of the necessity of association.  The authority of Ormon-han was recognized by the Russian Empire, Kokand khanate and other large states of that time.

Ysakbek Monuyev (1902-1949) was the ethnic Kyrgyz, the hereditary aristocrat, the military figure.  In 1927 he protected the Soviet-Chinese border; he was at war with basmatches.  With the government of the Kuomintang he was awarded ranks of the major general.  In 1944 he headed armed forces of the unrecognized East Turkestan republic.
He died in plane crash in 1949. On memoirs of the head of the Soviet military investigation P. Sudoplatov the accident was organized by the Soviet intelligence services as Stalin agreed with Mao Tszedun about restoration of territorial integrity of China and abolition of independent East Turkestan.

Throughout the cycle "Coats of Arms of the Russian Federation cyties" on November 30, 2012 the russian post plans the issue of 2 Blocks and Booklet-Luxe "The coats of arms of Moscow and St-Petersburg".
On stamps in block "Moscow coat of arms" is presented the modern coat of arms of the Russian capital, on the block margins are represented the historical coats of arms of 1730, 1781, 1883 and 1924.
On stamp in the block devoted to the coat of arms of St. Petersburg is represented the modern coat of arms of the Northern capital, on the block margins are the historical coats of arms of 1712, 1730, 1780 and the design coat of arms of 1856.

On November 12, 2012 throughout the series "Memorable and Anniversaries" the state enterprise "Kazpochta" issued a postage stamp dated for the 100 anniversary of the Kazakh poet and translator Zhumagali Sain (1912-1961).
The issue is printed in big sheet of 48 values.

Zhumagali Sain - the participant of the Great Patriotic War. He was at war in guerrilla group in the south of Ukraine. He is author of many literary works: poems, collections of verses etc. Z. Sain translated into the Kazakh language "Hero of our time" of M. Lermontov, certain heads of the Kyrgyz epos "Manas".
He was awarded by order the Labour Red Banner and medals.

The Estonia post closes the philatelic program 2012 by the Christmas issue prepared in a creative co-authorship of two Estonian artists by Jaan Saar and Vladimir Tiger. On November 22, 2012 in the post circulation arrived a set of 2 values with plots of the children's favourite of generous Santa Claus in an image of the fearless mountain skier and a Christmas flower.
The stamps are printed on self-adhesive paper in 2 mini sheets of 10 sets.
