On October 25, 2012 the Republic of Kazakhstan post introduced
into circulation a postage stamp dated for the 10 anniversary of the Collective
Security Treaty Organization (CSTO). The organization is created on the basis
of the Contract on the collective security, signed on May 15, 1992 by the Heads
of several CIS countries and transformed to the high-grade military-political
union at the Moscow session on May 14, 2002. At the moment CSTO include 5
republics of the former USSR: Kazakhstan, Russia, Belarus, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan
and Tajikistan. On stamp is represented the CSTO logo. The issue is printed in mini sheet of 10 values with decorating margins. Artist: N. Sokolov. Printing - offset in 4

The modern science calls an achaltekin racer one of the
horses most valuable among 250 known breeds. The scientists are inclined to
consider it as the most ancient breed of cultural horse breeding. It is
considered to be the first historical data on east horse Tiglatpalashara's I
chronicles (1115-1077 BC). Achaltekin racers one of the most quick in the
world, they need slightly more than three minutes to overcome a distance in
three thousand meters. In sports jumps achaltekin horses surpass other breeds
of horses. These racers quite easily master skill of jumps in a show jumping
and easily give in to training that allows them to take leading positions in
manage riding.
On October 6, 2012 the Uzbek communication and information
agency issued a mini sheet of 9 values devoted to the achaltekin racers - roadster breed
of horses raised in the territory of modern Turkmenistan (Akhal-Tekeh) allegedly
about 5000 years ago, esteemed and also successfully cultivated in the next
Uzbekistan.

culture and sports of the Republic of Uzbekistan, found the status of open
superiority in which representatives of many states of Europe and America take
part.

The history of national creativity finds the bright
reflection in national clothes: in a variety of forms and patterns, in
originality of embroidery, art knitting and weaving. The Azerbaijani national
clothes is the result of the national material and spiritual culture which has
passed a long and difficult way of development. Being closely connected with
people history, suits represent one of the most valuable sources of studying of
its culture. On October 29, 2012 the operator of post service
"Azermarka" within the Agreement of the post administrations of
member countries of Regional Commonwealth of communication plans to issue a
postage Block of 2 values according to the RCC program with the image of
traditional Azerbaijani man's, female and children's dresses. The issue is
devoted to the national clothes of the XIX century extended among the Azerbaijani

On October 25, 2012 the enterprise of post service
"Kazpochta" issued a postage stamp devoted to the 20 anniversary of
creation of Intergovernmental TV & Radio Company “Mir”. The company was
created by heads of the CI states at the initiative of the President of
Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev at once after disintegration of the Soviet
Union. The channel round the clock shines all important political, economic and
humanitarian events in CIS countries. The issue is printed in mini sheet of 10 values

Yesterday, on October 25, 2012, the Lithuanian operator of post
service "Lietuvos pastas" together with the Latvia and Estonia administrations
enters into the post circulation the joint project "Railway bridges of
Baltic". On the lithuanian postage issue are a stamp and Block of three values
represented the longest (599м) and the highest (49м) bridge of Lithuania - railway viaduct in Liduvenai. The stamp is printed in form of tete-beche pair in mini sheet of 10 values with decorating margins. Designers: V. In 1916 the German army constructed a wooden platform in Liduvenai. Some years later by order of the German occupational authorities on its place was built the steel bridge on which there was a statue of German chancellor Otto von Bismarck. During the Second World War in 1944 the bridge was blown up by receding German armies. The bridge was restored by engineering division of Red Army in 1952.

The football history in Uzbekistan reckons since 1912 when
in Kokand and Fergana cities were created the first football teams. In 1928 for
participation in the Sports contest of the USSR people was created the Uzbekistan
national team. On this tournament the Uzbek national team played the first
international match with the national team of Switzerland working clubs having
won 8:4. In the 30th years the football players from Uzbekistan also won the
international matches over amateur teams of Norway and Germany. On October 10, 2012 the Uzbek communication and information
agency issued a mini sheet of 8 values and label devoted to the 100 anniversary
of football in Uzbekistan. On stamps are presented the photos of "Pakhtakor"
players and other Uzbek football teams at the different stages of development
of football in Uzbekistan. And also the moments of victorious matches with
participation of the Uzbek football players. On label in sheetlet is presented the
logo of Football Federation of Uzbekistan and the symbolic of 100 anniversary
of football in Uzbekistan. On margin of sheetlet is the football matchs fragment

in Tashkent was created the Pakhtakor team (cotton
worker) which in 1959 was included in the highest league of the USSR
championship. And in 1962 "Pakhtakor" took an honourable 6th place in
the Championship. In 1968 the club broke through in a cup-final of the USSR
where conceded to Moscow "Torpedo". August 11, 1979 became black date not only for players and
trainers of the Tashkent club "Pakhtakor". The plane crash of the
well-known football players became the tragedy for the whole world. The
Pakhtakor team was revived and strengthened by talented football players and
nowadays is one of the strongest football clubs of Central Asia.

of post service "Latviyas pasts" by agreement with colleagues from
"Eesti post" and "Lietuvos pastas" presents the joint postage
issue "Railway bridges of the Baltic republics". The post of Latvia
also publishes one value and Block of 3 values with the incorporated plots. On latvian
stamp are represented the railway bridge through the river Gaya at station Carnikava
and a suburban electric train passing on it. The postage stamp is printed in mini sheet of 20 values. Designer: Indrek Ilves
