On October 17, 2012 the enterprise of post service "Kazpochta" issued a set of 2 values in pair «Fine arts of Kazakhstan». On stamps are presented the works of known Kazakhstan artists A.Sydykhanov «Milking of red camel» and P. Saltzman "Soldiers". The pictures are stored in the State Arts Museum A.Kasteev.

On October 25, 2012 the post administrations of three Baltic states: Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia represent a joint postage issue "Railway bridges". Each of the republics introduces into circulation one postage value and block of 3 values united by the general plot - the Baltic bridges and trains. On the estonian stamp are represented the boundary railway bridge through the river Narva constructed in 1869 and also the modern passenger structure Stadler.
The postage stamp is printed in mini sheet of 16 values with decorating margins.

On October 24, 2012 the enterprise of post service of "Azermarka" introduces into circulation a postage stamp dated for the 130th anniversary of the Azerbaijani poet and playwright of beginning of the XX century Guseyn Jawid (1882-1941).

Guseyn Jawid opened a new page in literature and dramatic art of Azerbaijan and played a huge role in formation of national literature of the XX century. In its works found the reflection of motives of philosophical lyrics and humanity.
In conditions of the begun repressions in 1937 G. Jawid was declared by people enemy, arrested and banished to Magadan town. Died in camp for prisoners in December, 1941.

On October 17, 2012 the Republic of Kazakhstan post celebrated one more anniversary. In the Memorials series in circulation it was issued a postage stamp devoted to the 100 anniversary of the birth date of writer, poet, film writer, Kazakhstan public figure Dmitry Snegin (1912-2001).

Dmitry Snegin is participant of the Great Patriotic War, one of veterans of the glorified Panfilov’s division protecting approaches to Moscow winter 1941, author of several historical novels: "In the city Verny", "Morning and two steps at noon". He is known the same as the translator of number of the Kazakh writers and poets works.

Tomorrow, on October 20, 2012, the Lithuania post introduces into circulation a postage stamp devoted to the outstanding scientist, physiologist, doctor of medicine, experimental diabetology founder, native of the Lithuanian Kaunas city Oscar Minkovsky (1858-1931).

The issue is printed in mini sheet of 9 values with the commemorative text on margins.

Oscar Minkovsky scientific researches helped to establish value of a pancreas in a diabetes origin. The scientist made a powerful contribution to insulin opening for patients with diabetes. Being the professor on chair at Breslau's University, in 1923 advised V. Lenin.

On August 25, 2012 the Lithuania post issued a stamp devoted to the victories of the Lithuania Grand Duke Olgert over army of the Golden Horde in fight at the site Darkblue Waters. Website U”kraFil” informed about this postage issue in news from June 30, 2012.
After the Lithuanian post on October 24, 2012 the ukrainian post also introduces into circulation a postage stamp devoted to the 650 anniversary of The Darkbluewaters fight which took place in the autumn of 1362 on the river Darkblue Waters in a neighborhood of the city of Novoarkhangelsk in the territory of modern Ukraine.

The fight on Darkblue Waters was the beginning of the liberation of the people of Eastern Europe from Mongol Tatar yoke. This battle allowed the Prince Olgert to take away the most part of lands of Kiev Russ' from the Golden Horde and to include them in structure of the Grand Lithuanian duchy.

Shara Zhiyenkulova took out the Kazakh national dances on the largest scenes of the world. At sixteen-year age it left for the first time on big scene in Moscow and forever won hearts of the audience. Worked at the Kazakh drama theater. Played a role Balym in "Amangelda" film. 

Today, on October 17, 2012, the state enterprise “Kazpost“ throughout a series «Memorable and anniversaries» enters in circulation a postage stamp dated for the 100 anniversary of the birth date of dancer, teacher, national actress of KazSSR Shara Zhiyenkulova.
