The general extent of the railways of Tajikistan reaches 1261 km. Now the park of a
rolling stock of the Tajik road is made 2128 cargo, 397 cars and 55
locomotives. On the Tajik railroads there are 33 railway stations. All this
economy operates the state unitary enterprise "Tajik Railroads".
On July 16, 2013 the Tajikistan post presented a set of 4 values
devoted to history of the national railways. On stamps are represented a passenger
trains against the mountain landscapes of Tajikistan. The issue continues the railway subject as which beginning is
served a set of 4 values published in 2011with the engines image.

Informatization of the Republic of Belarus will issue a set of 2 values devoted
to Victoria Azarenko and Maxim Mirny - leaders of Belarus tennis. They are the
gold medal winners in the mixed doubles at the London 2012 Olympic Games. Designer: Ivan Lukin. Printing: offset. Colour:
multicoloured. Paper: chalk-surfaced, gummed. Perforation: comb 131/2: 133/4. Size
of stamps: 37 x 26 mm. Edition: 60.000
copies.
On stamps there is an emblem of Belarus Tennis Federation. The issue is made at the Republican Unitary Enterprise

Victoria Azarenka is the Honored Master of
Sports of Belarus (2010). She held the world singles ranking for 51 weeks. Maxim Mirny is the Honored Master of
Sports of Belarus (2001). He held the world doubles ranking for 15 weeks.

Armenia is the country with the most ancient tradition of
cultivation of grapes. The mention that from the region fine wines took out to
neighboring countries for sale can be found at Ancient Greek historians. The ancient
manuscripts and national legends prove that for winemaking and wine growing in
the territory of modern Armenia, went in since the most ancient times,
approximately since XV century B.C.
On June 18, 2013 the state enterprise "Haypost" introduced
into circulation a postage stamp devoted to the stories of brandy production in
Armenia. The beginning of production was established in 1887 the merchant of
the first guild Nersess Tairyan at the Yerevan's first wine vodka distillery
constructed by him. The issue is printed in mini sheet of 8 values and 2 labels with decorating margins.
According of one legend the Ark of Noah moored to Mount
Ararat during a flood. When waters subsided, Njah climbed down a mountain and I
began to live in a valley. Together with sons he was engaged in grapes
cultivation. It is considered that the mankind learned for the first time taste
of wine when Noah tasted vivifying drink at the bottom of Ararat.

On August 10, 2013 the Russian post plans to issue a postage
value dated for opening of the XIV World Cup in track and field athletics in
Moscow. On stamp is presented a logo of competitions and the stylized image of
athletes at a finishing ribbon.
The issue is printed in mini sheet of 15 values with decorating margins. Design: C
Ulianovsky. Size of stamps: 42 x 30 mm. Edition: 360 000 copies (24 000
sheetlets).
The track and field athletics World Cup will take place in
Moscow from August 10 to August 18, 2013. The competitions on which will be played 47 sets of
medals will take place on the Luzhniki arena. In competitions
will take part the athletes from 201 countries.

On August 2, 2013
in Moldova took place the presentation of a postage
issue of 4 values devoted to two Moldavian national vocal folklore performers
I.Bass and A.Peduraru and two outstanding world famous composers Giuseppe Verdi
and Richard Wagner. Artist: Helena Karachentseva. The issue is printed in 4 mini sheets of 10 sets with decorating margins.
On stamps are presented the following figures: - 1.75 L
- Ion Bass (1933 – 2005) – singer, performer of national and variety songs, soloist
of the Moldavian philharmonic hall, worked in an orchestra of a folk music
"Folklore". - 1.75 L
- Angela Peduraru (1938 – 1995) - singer with a unique voice, performer of the
Moldavian national songs, vocalist of a choral chapel "Doyna".
- 4.50 L
- Giuseppe Verdi (1813 - 1901) - the outstanding Italian composer, author of
world famous operas "Traviata", "Aida",
"Othello". - 5.40 L
- Richard Wagner (1813 - 1883) - the German composer and theorist of art. The
largest opera reformer. Author of opera "Tristan and Izolda".

In the Mountainous Karabakh Republic, thanks to assistance
of colleagues from Armenia, the delivery service of mail works rather productively.
The post offices are in all cities of the country. The main communication
centre is in the Mountainous Karabakh capital Stepanakert city in address: Akop
Akopyan Street, 30. Post offices provide the various services connected with
sending and receiving mail. The correspondence sent abroad, is delivered to
addresses within 7-14 days depending on the appointment country.
On July 19, 2013 the Mountainous Karabakh post within the program
EUROPE introduced into circulation a postage stamp devoted to the post
transport. On miniature are represented against a monument "We - our
mountains" with is the Republic symbol the modern post motor van.
The issue is printed in three types of sheetlets: in sheet of 8 values, in mini sheet of 4 values and in sheetlet of 6 values and label. The postage issue is already on sale in online shop UkraFil.

On August 5, 2013 within the joint project of post
administrations of the Russian Federation and the Aland Islands (Finland) the Russian
post introduced into circulation a postage value "Passenger ferries".
On stamp is represented the passenger ferry liner plying between St. Petersburg
and the Aland Islands.
The issue is printed in mini sheet of 12 values with decorating margins. Design: C Ulianovsky. Size of stamps: 50 x 37
mm. Edition: 456 000 copies (38 000 sheetlets). For this issue is prepared the souvenir art folder published
by edition of 1000 copies. In a cover there are stamps, the First Day envelopes
with cancellation of the Russian Federation and the Aland Islands.
The most convenient way to reach from Russia the Aland
Islands and back is by sea. Between St. Petersburg and the capital of the Aland
Islands Mariehamn city some the comfortable passenger ferries ply. Travel on
the ferry is a fascinating voyage and fine sea types behind liner windows.
