The enterprise of communications "Ukrposhta" together with the post administrations of Russia and Belarus represents a joint postage issue dated for the 1025 anniversary of the Christianization of Kievan Rus'. On July 28, 2013 is introduced into circulation a postage block with image of a fresco of the XIX century of Victor Vasnetsov "Epiphany of the Kiev inhabitants". The fresco is located in the Patriarchal cathedral St. Vladimir in Kiev.

The mass baptism of inhabitants of Kiev, and then in other russian cities in 988 the Kiev Prince Vladimir became the beginning of process of acceptance and Christianity distribution in the Old Russian state of Kievan Rus'.
The Christianity became a leading religion in Russia and the millennium later in the states which have become assignees of Kievan Rus'.

In 2013 the Slave people of the former USSR: Belarus, Russia and Ukraine are celebrating an outstanding historical event - the 1025th anniversary of the Kievan Rus’ Christianization. the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federatin and Ukraine have signed an agreement on the issue of postage block, first day covers and special cancellations dedicated to this epoch-making event.
On July 28, 2013 the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus will issue a postage block of 3 values “1025th anniversary of the Rus’ Christianization”.

The issue is made at the Republican Unitary Enterprise “Bobruisk Integrated Printing House A. T. Nepogodin. While printing a postage block is used the technology of thermal stamping by metalized foil of golden colour.

In news of March 9, 2013 web site UkraFil announced of the postage issue devoted to anniversary of the Obukhov plant preparing by the Russian post. This year on March 26 the stamp was introduced into circulation. The edition could be considered quite complete, if not next "surprise" which to fans of philately prepared Publishing Trade Center "Marka". Three months later, on July 23, 2013 the stamp functionaries decided to play again collectors, having declared the edition of the next limited booklet "150 years of the Obukhov Steel Plant”.

On July 5, 2013 the Republic of Kazakhstan post in series "Memorable and Anniversaries" introduced into circulation a postage block of 4 values and 2 labels devoted to the Day of Victory in the Great Patriotic War 1941-45. The Victory Day is a sacred holiday in honor of veterans of war and all those who brought the world and freedom to people of the Earth in World War II.
On stamps in block are presented the meeting of the war veterans with the President of Kazakhstan N. Nazarbayev, the Eternal flame on the Unknown soldier Grave and a post number one at a memorial to the Soldier-liberator.

The Day of Victory over the fascist Germany in the Great Patriotic War is the most esteemed holiday both in the Republic of Kazakhstan and in the republics of the CIS. Hundred thousands inhabitants of Kazakhstan battled on the Great Patriotic War. Many of them didn't come back home. In the back million Kazakhstan’s citizens forged the Victory. Nobody is forgotten, nothing is forgotten!

The first National Olympic Games of Lithuania took place in 1938 in Kaunas. The purpose of the Lithuanian Olympic Games is association on sports grounds of Lithuanians from all over the world. Idea of the sports meets is to promote a national consent, preservation of understanding of belonging to the Lithuanian nation at young generation.

On July 20, 2013 the post of Moldova presented a next issue devoted to the Romanian policy, culture and literature figures. Anton Krikhan (1893-1993) is the Romania Parliament member and leader of the agrarian commission. He taught at agronomics faculty at the Yassy University and defended the dissertation in Sorbonne. Author of scientific works on economy. Lived 100 years.
Adrian Peunesku (1940-2010) is the "court" poet of the dictator Ceausescu, author of the patriotic verses in the Romanian language. Senator and deputy of the modern Romania Parliament.

15 years ago Astana city became the official capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Now the Day of City is the state holiday in Kazakhstan and it’s noted on July 6. Based in 1830 as the Cossack outpost, the present Kazakhstan’s capital differs beauty and singularity. The modern architectural constructions unrecognizably changed the look of the city which became the decoration of Astana.

On July 4, 2013 by the enterprise of post service "Kazpochta" by series "Memorable and Anniversaries" introduced into circulation of 2 postage Blocks devoted to the 15 anniversary of Astana as the capitals of Kazakhstan. On stamps in blocks are presented the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N. Nazarbayev, a municipal coat of arms, an emblem of the international EXPO 2007 exhibition which has taken place in Astana, and also the main sights of the capital.
