"Mark" issued two next souvenir sets in art cover: - 100 years to
Military and air forces of Russia. The set includes a postage stamp "Russia military air forces" in block of 4, a souvenir not postage sheet in mounts and
two First Day envelopes. Edition - 5000 copies.
- 200 years of a victory of Russia in Patriotic war 1812. The
postage block enters into a set in mount and the First Day envelope. Designer -
A.Povarikhin. Edition - 1200 copies.
