In 2013 the company "Marka Pridnestrovya" planned
the issue of three postage series for subject "the 25 anniversary of
creation of the reserve Yagorlyk". Each edition means itself a set of 4 values
and block devoted to the characteristic inhabitants of the reserve as birds,
mammals and reptiles.
The national park "Yagorlyk" formed on February
15, 1988 for the purpose of preservation of a natural complex of the water area
and a coastal zone of the Yagorlyk creek and creating favourable conditions for
reproduction of the rare and endangered species of animals and plants. It is
remarkable that until the end of the XVIII century the river Yagorlyk was a
border place between the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth and the Ottoman Empire.
The presented project isn't a final version of post release.
Two stamps with face values "C" will be presented in blocks. The
collective small sheet also is transitional option for two series from 4 Birds
and Animals stamps. Artist Boris Ogly is in eternal creative search. Results of
its works will be presented soon on court of the interested collectors. The

The Transnistria post complains long ago of an acute
shortage of definitive stamps of the most common post face values. In
this regard the enterprise "Marka Pridnestrovya" undertook to correct
to the best a difficult situation. For March 2013 is planned an edition
of the new definitives - a set of 3 values of postage face values
"A", "O", "У". There are already a projects of new
plots: A.V. Suvorov's monument in Tiraspol and a view of the well-known
fortress in Bendery.
As stocks of fiscal perforated stamps with Suvorov's image
in warehouses of Transnistrian post are huge, the obvious decision to use them
as a basis for new stamps was made again. It is necessary to pay tribute to the
director of the company that he found the original solution of this problem.
Namely, as "suvorics" no face value 500 have gluing from the back
side, so on a reverse side of sheets of office stamp plots of new face values
will be printed. Suvorov's image on the back will serve as additional
protection against a fake of signs of post payment.
It is planned to publish two types of sheets: one sheet of
80 stamps "O" both 20 stamps "У" and one sheet of 100
stamps of face value "A". Approximate the circulations of the edition
of new definitives are as follows: letter " У" (0.33 rub) - 40
thousand copies, letter "O" (0.68 rub) - 160 thousand copies that
corresponds to needs of post for these face values approximately for 2.5 years.
Stocks of stamps with letter "A" on stamp base while are available.
Nevertheless, the circulation of face value "A" (0.60 rub) is planned
at the level of 200 thousand copies - a stock of stamps for 9 months of work of
post.

After a crushing defeat in the Poltava fight of 1709 from
the Russian army the bloodless Swedish army receded to the south. Charles XII and
the Ukrainian hetman Mazepa managed to run, and found a shelter in the Ottoman
Empire. In September, 1709
in Bendery hetman Mazepa died and the young Swedish king
camped in the Bendery fortress where as the guest of honor of the Turkish
sultan stayed for 4 years long. However, on February 12, 1713 between Charles's
group and Ahmed's III army there was a battle, so-called "kalabalyk".
As a result, Charles was detained and forwarded to Adrianople (nowadays -
Edirne). There the Swedish king escaped from the Turkish prisoner-of-war camp.
The exposition with participation of a wide range of
diplomats, scientists and journalists is devoted to 300-year anniversary events
of prescription opened on February 2, 2013 in the territory of the Bendery fortress.
In day of the beginning of work of an exhibition Transnistrian mail issued the
memorable block with the image of known historical characters of the XVIII
century. On presentation there were ambassadors of Sweden, Turkey and Germany,
and also representatives of embassies, museums and means of mass media from
Poland, Ukraine, Lithuania, Moldova and Russia. In total about 50 people. From
the post management of PMR the memorable gift in the form of the block in a
souvenir cover, typographical test with the text "Sample" and a set
from 4 last perforated of series of Transnistria was handed over to each of
them.
The ambassador of Sweden to madam Tersman got the block No.
0000001. The first consul of Sweden bought for colleagues absent on action a
set of series in a souvenir cover. Other diplomats, delegates, members of the
government and their suite didn't linger also. All 50 in advance prepared copies
of First Day Covers were bought up and given away. Collectors, as usual, kept
up to the absence of philatelic production. I.e. were compelled to be content
again with crumbs from a lordly table. 
However, most attentive of them didn't pass the main thing.
That, on what still very few people paid attention. Namely, on an interesting
version - a red spot behind the back of group of officers with a dog, creating
illusion of the mysterious ghost living at walls of fortress. The version
turned out to be consequence of the insignificant typographical damage which is
hardly noticeable at artificial lighting which was by mistake "passed"
by printing house checking department. 
It is remarkable what exactly such block Madam Ingrid
Tersman got as a gift. Now the silent ghost of His Majesty the Swedish King
Charles XII together with diplomatic corps at last will return home to the
capital city Stockholm where will tell about stay of the owner in unknown and
mysterious Ottoman fortress on Dniester.

February, 4. it’s the International day of fight against
oncologic diseases. The
republican organization "Oncologists of Transnistria" addressed in
PMR Ministry of Communications with the offer to draw attention of the general
public to problems of assistance to the population in the solution of the
questions connected with oncologic diseases, and to carry out charitable fund
raising for treatment of oncologic patients.
The Ministry of Communications of PMR and the enterprise "Stamp
of Transnistria" responded to a call for help. On February 4, 2013 post
charitable issue is introduced into circulation. The part of means from
realization of stamps to collectors will arrive in the budget of medical
institutions of Transnistria, which engaged in prevention and treatment of

Just enough time left before the opening of the 2014 Winter
Olympics. Compared with the previous Olympics in Vancouver at the Games in
Sochi, the number of sports and individual competitions in disciplines
increased by 12 and the number of sets of medals increased to 98 is absolute
record of the White Olympics.
IOC included in the Olympic competitions, nine new
disciplines: team competitions in figure skating, ski jumping (women), relay in
luge sport, freestyle halfpipe (men's and women's tournaments), mixed relay in
biathlon, freestyle slopestyle (men and women) in snowboarding slopestyle (men
and women), and parallel slalom in snowboarding (men and women).
What is going to the Olympics in Sochi, the Ukrainian team,
which went to the USSR the most powerful sports legacy? Twenty years of an
independent Ukrainian state irrevocably destroyed, not only sports
infrastructure, led to the complete degradation of the school of Olympic
reserve, but also broke the winning tradition in sports, in which Ukrainian
Olympians have traditionally been strong. At past Olympics in Vancouver
Ukrainian team has not won any medal.
Gold and bronze success of the figure skaters, as well as
silver and two bronze medals in the women's biathlon at the Olympics in
Lillehammer, Nagano and Turin modern Olympic team of Ukraine will not be able
to repeat. No one else can to win. A new sports disciplines Ukrainians did not
participate.
Maybe we should instead send athletes to Sochi fantasy
characters? For example, a wolf with a hare will send. If they are not medals,
exactly the Audience Award wins. However, this does not need to the Ukraine NOC
and to the "Ukrposhta". And then it will be a completely different
story.

century: The state has no eternal allies and permanent enemies - are eternal
only constant interest of the state.
On September 30, 2008 at Ukraine with an
official state visit came King Carl XIV Gustaf. The former President of Ukraine
Viktor Yushchenko met the Swedish king with the words: "We are united not
only the colors of the flag, but a common history ..."
The Ukrainian post following in line with the political
leadership of Ukraine of that time on October 1, 2008 has arrived into circulation
by edition of 330 thousand copies a postage issue "Ukrainian-Swedish
military-political unions of the XVII-XVIII centuries" printed in mini sheet
of 8 values and 4 labels. And also by edition of 3 thousand copies was
published a art booklet with memorable texts on the internal and external cover
parties. The authors of postage issue - Vladimir Taran and brothers Alexander
and Sergey Haruks.
The result of military and political agreements between
hetman Ukraine and the royal Sweden became not only the Korsun contract in 1657
and Velikobudischansky treatise in 1709, but split in the Ukrainian civil
society, which has not been overcome today. And Konotop battle in 1659 and the
Northern War 1700-1720, Participation in which the Ukrainian Hetman Ivan Mazepa
took turns with one or the other of the warring parties.
The result of the Ukrainian military strategy was the death
of the Zaporozhian Sich, the tragedy of the hetman capital Baturin and eventual
loss of state sovereignty of Ukraine. As for Sweden, thanks to an alliance with
Ukraine, it is not only suffered a humiliating defeat in the Northern War and
ceded part of its territory, but lost forever the name of a world power.
After a crushing defeat three hundred years ago the Swedes
were able to learn from him the necessary historical lessons. King Carl XIV
Gustaf insisted: "We have not lost our ancient traditions and our
monarchy. But I always wanted that we managed to preserve through the ages, is

As for the Ukrainians, they also not
lost their customs. Civil strife will go on forever. Up until the last survivor
